Refunds and Exchanges
Buyers agree to fulfill the payment obligations for the total amount displayed on GameRobo.com as indicated in the Confirmation Order and the Checkout Page. It is the responsibility of the Buyers to ensure they possess a valid payment method, including but not limited to MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Sofort, Alipay, Apple Pay, Giropay, and iDEAL.
In addition to this Agreement, payments may be subject to the terms and conditions of the Payment Processor. Buyers are required to review and accept the applicable Payment Processor’s Terms and Conditions and related privacy policy before initiating any payment on GameRobo.com. Any online payment made by a Buyer will be considered as the Buyer’s acceptance of the Payment Processor’s Terms and Conditions.
Buyers acknowledge and agree that the total amount paid, either in full or in part, is non-refundable.
Upon successful payment on GameRobo.com, a confirmation of the received amount will be sent by GameRobo.com. GameRobo.com will also provide an invoice for the transaction.
Buyers understand and acknowledge that GameRobo.com reserves the right to delay or decline purchases of codes or software at its discretion and for any reason.
Refunds are offered at the discretion of GameRobo.com, and each refund request will be evaluated individually. While efforts will be made to accommodate refund requests, it is important to note that keys that have been redeemed are not eligible for a refund. Requests for refunds must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
If Buyers are dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason, they are encouraged to contact GameRobo.com by submitting a support ticket at support.gamerobo.com.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR TITLES WHERE THE SERIAL KEY HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU ON OUR WEBSITE OR SENT BY E-MAIL. ALL SUCH SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS IT CAN BE VERIFIED AND PROVED THAT THE SERIAL KEY IS FAULTY.
