1. What is a CD Key

A CD Key is the serial number or product code which is a combination of letters and numbers that activates a product. This is usually found inside the case of a physical game case, or sent via email for digital games. The cd key is used to register and activate a game on different platforms like Steam, Origin, uPlay or Battle.net.

When you purchase a game from gamerobo.com we may provide a scanned image of the code or a plain text game code. Both versions are activated the same way.

2. How quickly will I receive the CD key?

The average delivery time ranges from one hour to three hours.

Any keys purchased will be made available for your personal use within 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed and the product keys have not been delivered to your email address please Open a Ticket.

3. I did not receive my CD key?

Please check your email address and spam folder within 24 hours of your purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed and the product keys have not been delivered to your email address please Open a Ticket.

All game keys are also displayed in your account. In case the email got lost in the spam folder you can always check your account and redeem your cd key.

4. Why are the games so cheap?

We have an extensive network of publishers and wholesale distributors all around the world to ensure the best possible prices. All games are digital products so there are no packaging and delivery costs.

5. Do you sell the physical games?

At this point we do not sell physical games. If we receive the full game we retain the physical disk and the box. Selling physical games increases the overall costs both for us and the final customer so we have opted to sell only digital products.
